Dead Before Dawn 3D

Year 2012
Runtime 93 mins
Language English
World Premiere

Director April Mullen and producer Tim Doiron are scheduled to attend.

A comedic horror movie that attacks you with everything at the same time, Dead Before Dawn 3D features zombies, demons and witless college kids with axes — what more could you want? When Casper (Devon Bostick) and his friends accidentally shatter an urn in a curio store run by old man Horus (Christopher Lloyd), they release a horrifying curse that forces anyone they look at to kill themselves. Then, these victims come back as Zemons: half zombie, half demon.

Casper and his cadre of horror movie clichés — jock, cheerleader, campy gay friend — have until sunrise to hack apart the now-evil townsfolk and reverse the plague, or it’s bloody Zemons forever. April Mullen (GravyTrain) directs this blood-soaked horror-comedy, the first Canadian feature film to be shot in Stereoscopic 3D: all the better to see every last bloody drop.
